A scenic September club drive was centred on Stow‑on‑the‑Wold and brought together almost forty members and eighteen vintage Renaults. Members arrived on the Thursday evening and were looked after by the Number One Hotel, where the weekend began with a welcome drink and dinner.
On Friday the group set off through classic Cotswold lanes. The morning coffee stop was at the Hook Norton Brewery, followed by a leisurely lunch in Moreton‑in‑the‑Marsh. We also visited Sezincote House, an unusual manor with an Indian Raj influence that proved a striking photographic backdrop.
Saturday featured a visit to the Classic Motor Hub to admire an eclectic collection of cars and enjoy a relaxed gathering, before the route finished at Sudeley Castle for the afternoon. The weekend closed with an evening dinner and departures the following morning.
